A-B-C SOUP
This is my favourite soup to make because it’s easy, and everyone at home loves it.
Recipe
Ingredients
1 litre of water
1/2 kg of chicken or pork ribs
3 potatoes, peeled and cut
2 carrots, cut in chuncks
2 tomatoes
1 big onion
1 teaspoon of black peppercorns
salt to taste
Bring water to boil, and then add all the ingredients into the pot.
Lower fire, and let the soup simmer for an hour. The longer you slow-boil it, the better it’ll be.
Cook this soup in a slow-cooker, if you have one.
Serve the soup with a dipping sauce of soya sauce and cut bird’s eye chilli for the meat.
